XC 14 is stalling at launch due to I believe Gatekeeper taking its time to verify "iOS 15.5.simruntime".
This wasn't an issue two days ago.
The verification progress bar hasn't budged in 15 minutes so far. It still still at the beginning.
Re-installing XC 13.4.1 to see if can launch (when it finally unzips).

Anyone have any ideas.
