BTW, frequently I wish for the boxes & glue (& penalties) layout model
that Plass & Knuth famously used for typesetting (TeX and all that). I
believe the default layout manager for NSTextView uses that model. If
I'm not mistaken, there is no way to modify the strength of the glue
or the penalties without essentially re-implementing the Plass-Knuth
algorithm? Or has a set of text attributes for setting those parametes
eluded my research?
